Human Interleukin 1 Receptor Associated Kinase 3 (IRAK3) ELISA Kit

IRAK3, a serine/threonine kinase also known as IRAK-M, acts as a negative regulator of Toll-like receptor and IL-1 receptor signaling in monocytes and macrophages. This Assay Genie colorimetric ELISA enables quantitative measurement of human IRAK3 protein for research on endotoxin tolerance, sepsis, innate immune regulation, and macrophage polarization. The kit is supplied in a 96 assays configuration for in vitro research use only.

Because altered IRAK3 expression has been linked to chronic inflammatory disorders, autoimmune disease models, and tumor microenvironment remodeling, the assay supports biomarker discovery and translational immunology studies.
