Human Interferon regulatory factor 3 (IRF3) ELISA Kit

A sandwich-format immunoassay from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human Interferon regulatory factor 3 (IRF3) in serum and plasma samples. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for research use only.

Performance specifications include a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.6% and inter-assay CV is 9.8%. Linearity for serum (N=5) ranges from 99–109% at 1:2 dilution to 103–114% at 1:16; EDTA plasma (N=5) shows 94–103% at 1:2 and 101–111% at 1:16; heparin plasma (N=5) ranges from 96–106% at 1:2 to 108–117% at 1:16. Recovery averages 102% in serum (range 96–108%) and 104% in plasma (range 98–110%).

IRF3 is a key transcriptional regulator of type I interferon-dependent immune responses, playing a critical role in the innate immune response against DNA and RNA viruses. The kit supports research into immune responses, viral infections, inflammatory pathways, and autoimmune diseases, and is specific for natural and recombinant human IRF3 (UniProt Q14653).
