CXCL11, the interferon-inducible T-cell alpha chemoattractant also called I-TAC, is a CXC chemokine induced by type I and type II interferons that drives directed migration of activated T lymphocytes and natural killer cells via the CXCR3 receptor. Research on this chemokine spans inflammatory disease mechanisms, viral and bacterial infection models, autoimmune disorders, transplant immunology, and the tumor microenvironment, where CXCL11 levels are commonly examined as a marker of interferon-driven immune activity.
This Assay Genie ELISA kit provides a quantitative immunoassay for measuring I-TAC in research samples and is intended for research use only. It is compatible with standard ELISA workflows, including the use of appropriate controls and standard curves for quantification across the assay's working range.
