Human Interferon-induced transmembrane protein 10 (IFITM10) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of human Interferon-induced transmembrane protein 10 (IFITM10), also known as Dispanin subfamily A member 3 (DSPA3). The kit is validated for use with human samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and is specific for both natural and recombinant human IFITM10.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 10pg/mL. Reported precision is an intra-assay CV of 5.9% and an inter-assay CV of 9.0%, with serum recovery averaging 87% (range 81-93%) and plasma recovery averaging 89% (range 83-95%). The target is a 15 kDa multi-pass cell-membrane protein implicated in the innate immune response and modulation of viral infections.
