Human Interferon Gamma Inducible Protein 16 (IFI16) ELISA Kit

Quantitative measurement of intracellular DNA sensor IFI16 (Interferon Gamma Inducible Protein 16) in human specimens is supported by this colorimetric ELISA kit from Assay Genie. IFI16 is a member of the PYHIN protein family that detects double-stranded DNA in the cytoplasm and triggers STING-dependent type I interferon signaling, making it a target of interest in autoimmune disease research, innate immunity studies, and investigations of inflammatory pathways associated with systemic lupus erythematosus and other interferon-driven disorders.

The kit is configured for 96 assays and uses a colorimetric readout. It has been validated for use with serum samples, plasma samples, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants from human donors. Each kit includes a pre-coated microplate and the reagents required to generate a standard curve for absolute quantitation.
