Human Intercellular adhesion molecule 3 (ICAM3) ELISA Kit

ICAM-3 is a cell adhesion molecule involved in leukocyte adhesion and migration, inflammatory responses, and immune cell activation, making it a valuable biomarker for studying immune system function and related diseases.

The kit detects natural and recombinant human ICAM-3 with a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 39.7pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.2% and inter-assay CV is 7.1%. Linearity in serum spans 95-114%, EDTA plasma 85-113%, and heparin plasma 89-123% across serial dilutions. Average recovery is 88% (range 82-94%) for serum and 90% (range 84-96%) for plasma. ICAM-3 belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that is constitutively and abundantly expressed by all leucocytes, where it functions as an adhesion molecule and a potent signalling molecule.
