Human Inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor heavy chain H4/ITIH4 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the precise quantification of human Inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor heavy chain H4 (ITIH4) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody sandwich format uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody with HRP-Streptavidin and a TMB substrate, producing a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm. The assay has a sensitivity of 1.875 ng/mL and a standard range of 3.125–200 ng/mL, supporting studies of inflammation regulation and extracellular matrix stabilisation where ITIH4 is a candidate biomarker for liver disease, cancer and autoimmune disorders.

Intended for human-reactivity research in immunology, the kit is stored at 2–8 °C for up to twelve months.
