Human Inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor heavy chain H4 (ITIH4) ELISA Kit

The kit accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, and is reactive with human samples. Reported sensitivity is 0.12 ng/mL with a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL, and the assay recognises both natural and recombinant human ITIH4.

Precision is reported as an intra-assay CV of 4.7% and inter-assay CV of 7.4%. Linearity has been assessed in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across serial dilutions, and spike-recovery averages of 87% (serum) and 89% (plasma) are reported.
