Human Inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor heavy chain H1 (ITIH1) ELISA Kit

This colorimetric Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor heavy chain H1 (ITIH1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The assay offers a sensitivity of 0.32 ng/mL across a detection range of 0.78-50 ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 4.5% and inter-assay CV of 7.8%. Recovery has been validated at an average of 89% for serum (range 83-95%) and 91% for plasma (range 85-97%). Linearity has been evaluated for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across serial dilutions.
