Human Inter Alpha-Globulin Inhibitor H2 (ITIH2) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie ELISA Kit quantitatively measures human Inter Alpha-Globulin Inhibitor H2 (ITIH2) in research samples. ITIH2, a heavy chain subunit of the inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor complex, contributes to extracellular matrix stability through covalent association with hyaluronan and is studied as a candidate biomarker in acute-phase response, sepsis, inflammatory disease, and tumor progression.

Configured on a microplate platform, the kit supplies a pre-coated plate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, recombinant reference standard, chromogenic substrate, and the necessary wash and diluent buffers. It is reactive with human samples and accepts tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernatants, and other human-derived matrices. A chromogenic readout with reference-standard curve interpolation enables quantification of endogenous ITIH2 across the analytical range.

Each kit contains reagents sufficient for 96 individual determinations.
