Human Inter Alpha-Globulin Inhibitor H1 (ITIH1) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Human ITIH1 ELISA Kit supports quantitative detection of Inter Alpha-Globulin Inhibitor H1 in human samples using a human-specific capture antibody. ITIH1 functions as a serine protease inhibitor within the inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor complex and has been studied in contexts of acute-phase inflammation, tumor metastasis, and extracellular matrix remodeling.

Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, calibrated standards, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution. The protocol accommodates a 20 µL sample per well and tolerates serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants. Reagents are stored refrigerated and the standard should be protected from light.
