Human Integrin-linked protein kinase (ILK) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for measuring human Integrin-linked protein kinase (ILK) levels in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit has human reactivity and is suitable for cancer research applications.

Reported quantitative performance includes a detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.401ng/mL. Precision values are an intra-assay CV of 6.8% and an inter-assay CV of 9.2%. Linearity was demonstrated in serum (89-112%), EDTA plasma (88-108%) and heparin plasma (80-123%) across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. Recovery averaged 99% in serum (range 93-105%) and 101% in plasma (range 95-107%).

ILK (UniProt Q13418) is a receptor-proximal protein kinase that regulates integrin-mediated signal transduction, with documented roles in cell adhesion, migration and survival.
