Human Integrin beta-2 (ITGB2) ELISA Kit

A high-quality Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human Integrin beta-2 (also known as CD18) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and recognises both natural and recombinant human Integrin beta-2, with reactivity confirmed for human samples.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.78–50 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.403 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.7% and an inter-assay CV of 9.5%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions, and recovery in serum averages 98% (range 92–104%) and in plasma averages 100% (range 94–106%).

Integrin beta-2 is a single-pass type I membrane protein that participates in cell adhesion and leukocyte transmigration, with dysregulation implicated in autoimmune disorders, inflammatory conditions and cancer. The kit is intended for research use only.
