Human Integrin beta-2 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA format kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative detection of Integrin beta-2 in human research samples. The double-antibody assay uses colorimetric readout and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. The kit achieves a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL across a working range of 0.313-20 ng/mL, and reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The workflow involves equilibrating reagents to room temperature, loading standards, samples and blanks onto the pre-coated plate, and incubating at 37°C for 90 minutes. After a wash, biotin-labeled detection antibody is added (37°C, 60 minutes), followed by HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) for 30 minutes. TMB substrate is then added and incubated in the dark for 10-20 minutes; the reaction is read immediately at 450 nm after adding stop solution.

Reported linearity spans 80-105% for serum (n=5), 82-99% for EDTA plasma (n=5) and 80-101% for heparin plasma (n=5) across serial dilution factors. Recovery is documented as 87-102% (94% average) for serum, 93-104% (99% average) for EDTA plasma, and 85-98% (92% average) for heparin plasma.
