Human Integrin beta 1/CD29 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of Integrin Beta-1 (CD29) levels in human samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format and a colorimetric detection method, with absorbance read at 450 nm. It is suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, supporting research into cell adhesion, migration, proliferation, and differentiation, as well as studies of wound healing, immune response, and tumor metastasis.

The kit offers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a measurable range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Linearity in serum spans 86-103% (1:2), 81-100% (1:4), and 90-99% (1:8); EDTA plasma shows 82-98%, 82-92%, and 85-101%; and heparin plasma shows 84-97%, 85-99%, and 82-99%. Recovery averages are 95% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma, and 98% for heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The procedure includes primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, and TMB color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes before reading.
