Human Integrin Alpha M (ITGaM) ELISA Kit

This research use only immunoassay from Assay Genie is configured to measure Integrin Alpha M (ITGaM, also known as CD11b and the alpha subunit of complement receptor 3) in human specimens. Integrin Alpha M is a leukocyte adhesion molecule central to inflammatory cell binding, phagocytosis, and complement-mediated clearance, making it a target of interest in studies of neutrophil and monocyte activation, sepsis, autoimmune inflammation, and leukocyte trafficking. The assay supports quantitative measurement in cell lysates, tissue homogenates, and cell culture supernatants prepared from human sources. Reagents are supplied for 96 individual determinations run on a standard microplate, with an absorbance-based read-out that integrates into existing laboratory workflows.
