Human Integrin alpha-9 (ITGA9) ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Integrin alpha-9 (ITGA9) in human samples. The kit detects ITGA9, a cell surface receptor involved in cell adhesion, migration, and signaling that, as a heterodimer with beta-1 (ITGA9:ITGB1), serves as a receptor for VCAM1, cytotactin and osteopontin.

Validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, the assay recognises natural and recombinant human Integrin alpha-9. Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 39pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.2% and an inter-assay CV of 9.2%.

Serum recovery averages 97% (range 91-103%) and plasma 99% (range 93-105%), with linearity demonstrated across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. For research use only.
