Human Integrin Alpha 6 (ITGa6) ELISA Kit

Provided as a complete kit from Assay Genie, this assay delivers a quantitative in vitro measurement of human Integrin Alpha 6 (ITGa6) in user-prepared tissue homogenates and cell lysates. ITGa6, also called CD49f, is the alpha subunit of the α6β1 and α6β4 integrin heterodimers that recognize laminins in the basement membrane, and is tracked in research on epithelial stem cells, hematopoietic progenitor populations, and tumor-initiating subpopulations in breast, prostate, and other solid-tumor models. The plate-based format supports investigations of cell adhesion, migration, differentiation, and extracellular-matrix signaling in cultured cells and tissue extracts, with a single-use strip plate and assay reagents supplied for 96 reactions.
