Human Integrator complex subunit 3 (INTS3) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for quantifying human Integrator complex subunit 3 (INTS3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay is colorimetric, specific for natural and recombinant human INTS3, and is intended for research use only.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 30pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.6% and an inter-assay CV of 9.8%. Linearity (N=5) was measured at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16: serum 95-105%, 95-105%, 89-99%, 98-108%; EDTA plasma 113-122%, 106-115%, 94-104%, 84-95%; heparin plasma 88-98%, 116-128%, 80-90%, 94-106%. Recovery averaged 97% (range 91-103%) in serum and 99% (range 93-105%) in plasma. The target corresponds to UniProt Q68E01.
