Human Insulin receptor substrate 4 (IRS4) ELISA Kit

A sandwich, double-antibody immunoassay from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of Human Insulin receptor substrate 4 (IRS4) in human samples. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The kit is for research use only.

Detection is based on a biotin-conjugated antibody and avidin–HRP with 3,3',5,5'-Tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) substrate, with optical density read at 450 nm ± 2 nm. Reported performance figures include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.5%, and an inter-assay CV of 6.9%. The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human IRS4 (UniProt O14654). A Bradford reagent is included for total protein quantification and sample normalization.
