Human Insulin receptor/CD220 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Human Insulin receptor/CD220 ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA, double antibody assay designed for the precise measurement of insulin receptor (also known as CD220) levels in human samples. The kit is intended for research applications studying insulin signalling pathways and metabolic disorders, where dysregulation of the receptor has been linked to conditions such as diabetes and obesity.

Quantitative performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a detection range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported linearity for serum is 86–105% (1:2), 85–100% (1:4) and 85–105% (1:8); for EDTA plasma 91–101%, 83–100% and 94–101%; and for heparin plasma 80–91%, 84–92% and 82–95%. Mean recovery values are 95% in serum, 92% in EDTA plasma and 94% in heparin plasma. The assay is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm after TMB development, and the kit is stored at 2–8°C.
