Human Insulin-degrading enzyme (IDE) ELISA Kit

The colorimetric assay has a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 6.1% and inter-assay CV is 11.3%. Specificity is for natural and recombinant human Insulin-degrading enzyme (UniProt P14735; molecular weight 118 kDa).
