Human INSL4 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the accurate measurement of human INSL4 (Insulin-Like 4) levels in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. The colorimetric assay is read at 450 nm and provides a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL with a detection range of 0.313–20 ng/mL.

INSL4 belongs to the insulin-like hormone family and is involved in physiological processes including reproduction and metabolism, with abnormal levels associated with obesity and polycystic ovary syndrome. The kit should be stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. Reported recovery in serum (n=5) is 89–104% (average 95%), in EDTA plasma (n=5) 97–103% (average 99%), and in heparin plasma (n=5) 87–101% (average 92%).
