Human INSL3/Insulin-like 3 ELISA Kit

INSL3 is a hormone with established roles in reproductive and endocrine function, including regulation of testicular descent in males and ovarian follicle development in females. Reported linearity spans 82–106% across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions from 1:2 to 1:8, while spike-recovery averages range from 91% (serum) to 98% (heparin plasma). The workflow uses a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC), and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.
