Human Inositol monophosphatase 2 (IMPA2) ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative detection of Inositol Monophosphatase 2 (IMPA2) in human samples using a colorimetric method. IMPA2 is a key enzyme in the phosphatidylinositol signaling pathway, influencing cell growth, differentiation, and survival. Its dysregulation has been associated with neurological disorders such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, making it a valuable biomarker for research into disease pathogenesis and potential therapeutic targets.

The kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, and detects natural and recombinant human IMPA2 with a detection range of 62.5-4000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 37pg/mL. Intra-assay precision is reported at 6.1% CV and inter-assay precision at 10.6% CV.

Linearity has been confirmed in serum (93-117%), EDTA plasma (88-119%), and heparin plasma (95-112%) across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. Recovery is 100% (94-106%) in serum and 102% (96-108%) in plasma. The kit is intended for cardiovascular research applications and is for research use only.
