Human Inositol monophosphatase 1/IMPA1 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Human Inositol monophosphatase 1 (IMPA1) ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA using a double-antibody format, intended for the quantitative measurement of IMPA1 in human samples. The assay is colorimetric and validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The kit has a reported sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. Reported linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 was 86–101%, 87–103%, and 85–103% for serum (n=5); 91–99%, 85–99%, and 84–101% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 80–97%, 81–99%, and 85–99% for heparin plasma (n=5). Recovery values were 89–102% (average 97%) in serum, 85–105% (average 94%) in EDTA plasma, and 89–102% (average 95%) in heparin plasma. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.
