Human Inosine triphosphate pyrophosphatase/ITPA ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human Inosine triphosphate pyrophosphatase (ITPA) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric readout and reports a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL with a working range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. Reagents are stored at 2–8 °C for up to 12 months, and the pre-coated microplate is read at 450 nm.

ITPA is an enzyme involved in purine metabolism, responsible for the hydrolysis of inosine triphosphate (ITP) to inosine monophosphate (IMP). The kit is intended for research use in the area of metabolism and targets the protein corresponding to Uniprot accession Q9BY32.

Reported linearity across dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8) for serum is 86–103%, 86–105%, and 85–101%; for EDTA plasma 82–96%, 93–99%, and 82–91%; and for heparin plasma 88–94%, 82–91%, and 86–94%. Spike-and-recovery performance is reported as 85–104% (average 95%) for serum, 88–105% (average 97%) for EDTA plasma, and 90–105% (average 98%) for heparin plasma.
