Human Inorganic Pyrophosphatase/PPA1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA enables quantitative measurement of inorganic pyrophosphatase (PPA1) in mouse samples. It detects natural and recombinant mouse inorganic pyrophosphatase and is for research use only.

The validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Stated detection range is 78-5000pg/mL with a sensitivity of 39.6pg/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 8.2% and an inter-assay CV of 10.0%.

Linearity was evaluated at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum (102-111%, 89-99%, 96-104%, 80-90%), EDTA plasma (92-100%, 110-120%, 108-118%, 90-99%) and heparin plasma (102-112%, 89-99%, 101-113%, 104-114%). Recovery averaged 85% (range 80-91%) for serum and 87% (range 81-93%) for plasma.
