Human INO80 (Chromatin-remodeling ATPase INO80) ELISA Kit (HUFI03828)

The Assay Genie Human INO80 ELISA Kit provides quantitative measurement of INO80, a SNF2-family chromatin-remodeling ATPase that hydrolyzes ATP to slide nucleosomes, remodel chromatin, and recruit DNA damage response factors to double-strand break sites. INO80-containing complexes incorporate RUVBL1 and RUVBL2 AAA+ ATPases and have been implicated in transcription regulation, replication fork stability, and the progression of certain solid tumors, making this microplate assay useful for chromatin biology, DNA repair, and oncology research programs.

Each kit ships with a complete reagent set: pre-coated strip plate, biotinylated capture antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, recombinant calibration standards, wash buffer concentrate, and substrate solution in individual vials. The standard protocol uses 100 uL of prepared human sample per well, with all binding and washing steps performed at room temperature. Reconstituted standards and detection antibody should be aliquoted and stored frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles, while unopened components are kept refrigerated at 4°C.
