Human Inhibitor of nuclear factor kappa-B kinase subunit epsilon (IKBKE) ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantification of Inhibitor of nuclear factor kappa-B kinase subunit epsilon (IKBKE) in human samples. The kit reports a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 49pg/ml, with an intra-assay CV of 8.4% and an inter-assay CV of 11.1%. Reactivity is for human samples only.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant human IKBKE. Linearity is reported across dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Recovery ranges are 101-113% for serum and 103-115% for plasma.
