Human Inhibitor of nuclear factor kappa-B kinase subunit beta (IKBKB) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human Inhibitor of nuclear factor kappa-B kinase subunit beta (IKBKB) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is for research use only.

The kit offers a detection range of 1.56–100 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.79 ng/mL. Precision is characterised by an intra-assay CV of 4.7% and an inter-assay CV of 9.9%. Specificity is confirmed against natural and recombinant human IKBKB. Linearity has been validated across serial dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16) in serum (107–116%, 92–102%, 111–119%, 103–112%), EDTA plasma (98–107%, 88–100%, 80–88%, 105–115%) and heparin plasma (110–119%, 80–89%, 98–107%, 101–110%). Recovery averages 98% in serum (range 92–104%) and 100% in plasma (range 94–106%).

IKBKB is a serine kinase of the IKK family that plays an essential role in the NF-kappa-B signaling pathway, acting as part of the canonical IKK complex to phosphorylate inhibitors of NF-kappa-B. The kit should be stored at -20°C and is shipped at +4°C. The associated UniProt accession is O14920.
