Human Inhibin Beta E (INHbE) ELISA Kit

Quantitative measurement of human Inhibin Beta E, the TGF-β superfamily ligand also called Activin E, is supported by the Assay Genie INHbE ELISA Kit. INHBE signals through activin type I and type II serine/threonine kinase receptors and triggers SMAD2/3 phosphorylation, and recent published work links circulating INHBE to hepatic lipid handling, adipocyte differentiation, brown adipose tissue activity, and glucose homeostasis, positioning the protein as a target of interest in metabolic disease, obesity, and reproductive biology research.

The kit is configured for cell culture supernatants, tissue homogenates, and cell lysates, supporting in vitro work in hepatocyte and adipocyte cell models as well as ex vivo profiling of tissue specimens. Each pack supplies reagents sufficient for one full microplate run with an absorbance-based readout and a standard curve for interpolating unknown sample concentrations. The kit is intended for laboratory research use only and is not cleared for diagnostic procedures.
