A quantitative ELISA from Assay Genie engineered to measure human Inhibitor of Growth Family Member 4 (ING4). ING4 is a chromatin-associated tumor suppressor that participates in p53-dependent transcriptional regulation, NF-kB signaling modulation, and the cellular DNA damage response, and altered ING4 expression has been reported across multiple tumor types including glioma, melanoma, and breast carcinoma.

The kit supports laboratory research applications where circulating or cell-derived ING4 protein concentrations need to be compared across experimental conditions, patient cohorts, or gene-manipulation studies.
