ING3 (Inhibitor of Growth Family Member 3) is a chromatin-associated tumor suppressor that participates in histone acetylation through the NuA4 complex and is implicated in apoptosis and cell cycle control. This colorimetric ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of ING3 in human samples. The kit is intended for research use only and supports standard immunoassay workflows, making it useful for studies of tumor biology, chromatin remodeling, and p53-mediated stress responses where ING3 expression levels are of interest.
