Human Inducible T-Cell Co Stimulator Ligand (ICOSLG) ELISA Kit

ICOSLG (also known as B7-H2, B7RP-1, or CD275) is a member of the B7 family of co-stimulatory ligands that binds ICOS on activated T cells. This kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative detection of human ICOSLG in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and related research samples, supporting in vitro immunology work such as studies of T-cell activation, germinal center formation, follicular helper T-cell differentiation, and B-cell maturation.

Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, detection antibody, recombinant standard, and assay reagents sufficient for 96 reactions, with a sample volume of 100 ul per well for cell lysate and tissue homogenate inputs.
