Human Induced myeloid leukemia cell differentiation protein Mcl-1 (MCL1) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human Induced myeloid leukemia cell differentiation protein Mcl-1 (MCL1), a Bcl-2 family member involved in the regulation of apoptosis versus cell survival and the maintenance of cell viability but not of proliferation. The kit is intended for research use only and is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Reactivity is specified for human samples.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 1.56-100 U/mL and a sensitivity of 0.39 U/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 4.5% and inter-assay CV of 7.6%. The assay shows specificity for natural and recombinant human MCL1 and is targeted to cancer research applications. Linearity data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, and recovery data are reported for serum and plasma samples.
