Human Inactive dipeptidyl peptidase 10 (DPP10) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is intended for the quantitative measurement of human Inactive dipeptidyl peptidase 10 (DPP10). The assay is run on a colorimetric ELISA detection platform and is reactive with human samples, detecting natural and recombinant DPP10 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.15ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.2% and an inter-assay CV of 9.8%. Recovery in serum averages 97% (range 91-103%) and in plasma averages 99% (range 93-105%). Linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions was demonstrated in serum (87-120%), EDTA plasma (91-120%) and heparin plasma (100-117%). The kit is supplied for research use only.

DPP10 (UniProt Q8N608, NCBI Gene ID 57628) is a single-pass type II cell-membrane protein with a molecular weight of 85,480 Da. It lacks dipeptidyl aminopeptidase activity but promotes cell surface expression of the potassium channel KCND2 and modulates its activity and gating characteristics; mutations in the gene have been associated with asthma.
