Human IMMP2L (Mitochondrial inner membrane protease subunit 2) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Mitochondrial inner membrane protease subunit 2 (IMMP2L) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich principle with a biotin-labelled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, producing a colourimetric signal read at 450 nm after TMB substrate development and stop solution addition.

Reported linearity in serum (n=5) spans 85-100%, 86-101% and 87-105% at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions respectively, with EDTA plasma at 83-99%, 83-87% and 83-96%, and heparin plasma at 83-90%, 81-99% and 81-98%. Spike-and-recovery averages are 96% for serum (range 89-105%), 93% for EDTA plasma (range 87-99%) and 96% for heparin plasma (range 85-102%).

The procedure involves incubating standards and samples on the pre-coated plate for 90 minutes at 37 °C, followed by 60 minutes with biotin-labelled detection antibody, 30 minutes with HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, and 10–20 minutes with TMB substrate before stopping and reading. Reagents are stored at 2–8 °C for 12 months, with standards and plates suitable for longer-term storage at –20 °C.
