Human ILVBL/Acetolactate synthase-like protein ELISA Kit

Validation data include linearity across dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. For example, serum at a 1:2 dilution gave 87-104% linearity, and heparin plasma at 1:2 gave 89-99%. Spike-and-recovery values are reported as averages of 95% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma, and 100% for heparin plasma. The assay procedure uses a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotin-labeled detection antibody step at 37°C, a 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin binding step at 37°C, TMB color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after adding stop solution. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
