Human ILF3 ELISA Kit (HUFI01861)

ILF3 plays a key role in regulating gene expression and immune response, and its dysregulation has been linked to autoimmune disorders, inflammatory conditions, and cancer. The procedure involves primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes at 37°C, HRP-Streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes at 37°C, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm.
