Human IL8/CXCL8 SuperSet ELISA Kit

A colorimetric ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human IL-8 (CXCL8). The assay is validated for serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples using a 100 µl sample volume, with a total incubation time from sample to end of 1h45.

Performance specifications include an assay range of 62.5 pg/ml – 2000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 25 pg/ml. The kit specifically recognizes both natural and recombinant human IL-8, with no cross-reactivity reported against other human cytokines.

Each kit contains a capture antibody and biotinylated detection antibody, a standard, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, and a detailed protocol including buffer composition. A highly optimised antibody pair and purified recombinant protein support reliable measurement in cell culture supernatants as well as in more complex matrices such as serum and plasma.
