Human IL7 SuperSet ELISA Kit

This colorimetric ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the detection of human interleukin-7 (IL-7) in research samples. It is reactive with human samples and accepts cell culture supernatants and serum, as well as plasma.

According to the manufacturer's data sheet, the assay has a sensitivity of 3 pg/ml and a measuring range of 6.25 pg/ml to 200 pg/ml, with a total incubation time of 2h45 from sample addition to end of assay. Each reaction requires 100 µl of sample. The antibody pair recognises both natural and recombinant human IL-7, and no cross reactivity with other human cytokines has been reported.

Supplied components include capture and biotinylated detection antibodies, one standard per plate, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, and a detailed procedure including buffer composition.
