Human IL6 SuperSet ELISA Kit

A colorimetric DIY ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human IL-6 in research samples. The assay recognises both natural and recombinant human IL-6, with an assay range of 6.25 pg/ml - 200 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 2 pg/ml. Total incubation from sample to end is 1h45, requiring a 100 µl sample volume.

Validated for serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples, the kit shows no cross reactivity with other human cytokines and no interference with soluble receptor gp80. Each DIY ELISA includes a capture and biotinylated detection antibody, one standard per plate, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB, and a detailed procedure with buffer composition. The kit is built around a highly optimised antibody pair and a purified recombinant protein standard, intended for immunology research in pharmaceutical and biotech settings.
