Human IL33 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie for the detection of IL-33 in human samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is suitable for serum, plasma, other body fluids, cell culture supernatants, and buffered solutions. It recognises both natural and recombinant human IL-33, with no cross reactivity against IL-1b, IL-2, IL-1a, IL-10, IL-12p70, Gp130, IL-17A, IL-23, IFNg, or TNFa. Standards are calibrated to NIBSC, and all reagents are validated according to ISO 9001:2000 quality systems.

The kit covers an assay range of 31.25 pg/ml to 1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 12 pg/ml. It employs a highly optimised monoclonal antibody pair alongside a purified recombinant protein standard and pre-coated strip plates. The recommended sample size is 100 µl (50 µl for serum or plasma), with a total incubation time of 3h45. Each kit is supplied with pre-coated strip plates, a biotinylated secondary antibody, standards, controls where applicable, buffers, streptavidin-HRP, TMB, stop reagents, and a detailed procedure.
