Human IL31 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

Designed for the detection of IL-31 in human serum, plasma and other body fluids, cell culture supernatants, and buffered solutions, this Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie uses a colorimetric detection method. The assay has a working range of 31.25 pg/ml to 1000 pg/ml, a sensitivity of 18 pg/ml, and recognises both natural and recombinant human IL-31.

The protocol has a total incubation time of 3h45 and uses a sample volume of 100 µl (50 µl for serum/plasma). No cross-reactivity has been observed with IL-1b, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-6R, Gp130, IL-17F, IL-27, IL-33, or GM-CSF. Performance is supported by a highly optimised monoclonal antibody pair and a purified recombinant protein standard.

Reagents are validated to ISO 9001:2000 quality systems and the standard is calibrated to NIBSC. Each kit contains pre-coated strip plates, a biotinylated secondary antibody, standards, controls where applicable, buffers, streptavidin-HRP, TMB, stop reagents and a detailed procedure.
