Human IL27 SuperSet ELISA Kit

The SuperSet ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a colorimetric DIY ELISA designed for the quantitative detection of human IL-27 in research samples. It is intended for immunology research, particularly within pharmaceutical and biotech settings, and employs a highly optimised antibody pair together with a purified recombinant protein standard.

The assay has a measuring range of 31.25 pg/ml to 1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 12 pg/ml. It recognises both natural and recombinant human IL-27, with no reported cross-reactivity with other human cytokines. The protocol uses 100 µl of sample per well and runs from sample addition to final read in 3 hours 45 minutes.

The kit is suitable for use with cell culture supernatants, serum, plasma, buffered solutions and other body fluids. Reagents supplied include capture and biotinylated detection antibodies, one standard per plate, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB, and a detailed procedure including buffer composition.
