Human IL23 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie comes a Sandwich ELISA Kit designed for the detection of human IL-23, using a colorimetric method. The assay is intended for use with serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples, and recognises both natural and recombinant human IL-23. No cross reactivity with other cytokines tested has been observed, and standards are calibrated to NIBSC.

Key performance specifications include an assay range of 156.2 pg/ml - 5000 pg/ml, a sensitivity of 20 pg/ml, a sample size of 100 µl, and an incubation time of 2h45. The assay employs a highly optimised monoclonal antibody pair together with a purified recombinant protein to generate consistent standard curves, with all reagents validated according to ISO 9001:2000 quality systems.
