Human IL2 SuperSet ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative detection of interleukin-2 (IL-2, also known as T cell growth factor/TCGF), Assay Genie's SuperSet DIY ELISA Kit is intended for use with human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection format and relies on a highly optimised antibody pair together with a purified recombinant protein standard.

The assay covers a range of 31.2 pg/ml – 1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 10 pg/ml, and it recognises both natural and recombinant human IL-2 with no cross-reactivity to other human cytokines. Each well requires 100 µl of sample, and total incubation time from sample to end is 1h45. The kit supplies capture and biotinylated detection antibody, one standard per plate, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB, and a detailed procedure including buffer composition.
