Human IL17A SuperSet ELISA Kit

A colorimetric DIY ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the detection of human IL-17A (also known as IL-17 and CTLA-8) in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples. The assay recognises both natural and recombinant human IL-17A with no cross reactivity with other human cytokines, and is intended for immunology research in pharmaceutical and biotech settings.

Each kit provides a highly optimised antibody pair and a purified recombinant standard, together with capture and biotinylated detection antibody, one standard per plate, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB, and a detailed procedure including buffer composition. The protocol runs from sample to end in 3h45 and uses 100 µl of sample per well.

Performance characteristics include an assay range of 3.12 pg/ml - 100 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 3 pg/ml.
