Human IL17A PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the detection of human IL-17A in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant. The assay recognises both natural and recombinant human IL-17A, with an assay range of 3.12 pg/ml - 100 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 2.3 pg/ml, and reports no cross-reactivity with other human cytokines.

The recommended sample volume is 100 µl (50 µl for serum/plasma) and the incubation time is 3h45. Kit contents include pre-coated strip plates, biotinylated secondary antibody, standards, controls (where applicable), buffers, streptavidin-HRP, TMB, stop reagents and a detailed procedure. The kit is developed for pharmaceutical and biotech research applications.
